Set back from the road in private and secluded wooded grounds in the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry, Scotland.  This beautiful early Victorian former Doctors house has now been transformed into an award winning, Pitlochry boutique bed & breakfast.  Craigatin House and Courtyard Pitlochry B&B provides a unique blend of the traditional with the luxury of contemporary design.  We are city chic in a beautiful rural highland setting.  Craigatin House Pitlochry is rated Visit Scotland Four Star GOLD

We have a total of 14 individually designed spacious rooms.  We have seven deluxe double, four doubles, two twins and one suite.  The Craigatin House Pitlochry deluxe double rooms all have comfortable six foot wide beds and are decorated in modern fabrics and furnishings with Farrow and Ball colours.  All of our 14 bedrooms rooms have large HD LCD TV’s, Freeview and DVD players.  We also have free Wi-Fi access in all our bedrooms and public area’s.

 

For special occasions, the Craigatin House Pitlochry Suite has all of the above with the addition of a private sitting room complete

Craigatin House & Courtyard, Pitlochrywith ipod docking station, espresso coffee machine, two large LCD TV’s and DVD player.

Breakfast is our speciality!  Breakfast served in our brand new airy and contemporary dining room, where you’ll also find our guest lounge, all centred around our large and welcoming log burning stove.

We are centrally located withing Pitlochry town with ample private off road parking, just minutes flat walking distance away from all local attractions like the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Edradour Distillery, Blair Athol Distillery,  bars, restaurants and local attractions.
